Hi Carolyn

I loved your last two posts, your writing on space and stillness. I am increasingly opening to both. But I am still not sure what you mean about fear being a way through, that we can welcome it. If possible I would appreciate more detailed writing on this.

Thank you Carolyn for expanding on the subject of fear. I found the last paragraph particularly helpful. I went through some fear today and will practise using the experience as a way through to the ‘love that moves the sun and the other stars.’
